Here's something to ponder. Obviously the Earth has been misnamed.
Why wasn't it called Water instead of Earth?
Since water is almost 71% the surface area of the planet. That's 360,059,000 square miles of water. Oceans and seas, which give it that blue colour when viewed from outer space. Compared to Mars or Venus, Earth's neighbours, water and the presence of life are the only thing that distinguishes it apart from them. Life and water both being linked together. We depend on water to drive the Earth's climate, without it we would not be here.
I can imagine aliens coming to Earth, confused.
"Stupid humans," they say in an alien language. "They call this Earth, we call this planet Water."
